The top 3 winners - from left to right, Karl Kainrath (Austria), Franco Columbu (Italy), Ahmed Enunlu (Turkey). Franco Columbu was named the overall "Mr. Universe".

The most important decisions taken at this Congress were to adopt an IFBB Constitution and Rules and to elect officers to the various positions on the IFBB Executive Council.
